At MOSCH, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Conditions for Refund and Exchange

• The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• The item(s) must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of the initial delivery date.
• Please include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase with your return.

Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product or an item that differs from your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the incorrect or damaged product. To process this, please follow these steps:

• Return the damaged or incorrect product(s) to us in their original packaging along with the original packing slip or invoice.
• Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund or make arrangements for the replacement of the incorrect product, including covering the shipping costs within 24 hours.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
