To get maximum protection from your SPF 60 sunblock:

1. Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin at least 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.

2. Use enough product — about a shot-glass amount for the body and a generous layer for the face and neck.

3. Reapply every 2 hours, especially when outdoors, during sports, or after swimming/sweating.

4. Don’t forget often-missed areas such as ears, back of neck, tops of feet and hands.

5. For everyday use, incorporate into your morning routine just like moisturiser or serum for all-day daily SPF protection.

• Keep in a cool, dry place — avoid direct sunlight and heat to preserve efficacy.
• Store at room temperature (15–25°C); avoid freezing.
• Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use to maintain product stability.
• Do not use past the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Avoid contact with eyes — if product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• For sensitive or allergy-prone skin, test a small amount on inner forearm before full use.
• Not intended for sunburn treatment — if skin becomes red or irritated, discontinue use and consult a GP if symptoms persist.
• Cover up with protective clothing, hats and sunglasses, especially during peak UV times (11am–3pm).
• Sunscreen is just one part of a sun-safe regime — seek shade and minimise prolonged sun exposure where possible.
